Creamy Vegetable Beef Soup

Makes: 6 servings Active Time: 15 minutes Total Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 pound 85% lean ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons Onion Seasoning
  • 1 package Perfectly Potato Cheddar Soup Mix
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 (18 ounce) jar homestyle beef gravy
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1½ tablespoons Rustic Herb Seasoning

Directions

  1. In large saucepan or Dutch oven over medium-high heat, cook and crumble ground beef and Onion Onion™  Seasoning until no longer pink, about 5-6 minutes. Drain off liquid.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Makes 6 servings.
  • Make Ahead & Freeze: In a quart freezer bag, combine ground beef and Onion Onion™  Seasoning. In a quart freezer bag, combine gravy, frozen vegetables and Rustic Herb Seasoning. Place both bags and unopened Perfectly Potato Cheddar Soup Mix in a gallon freezer bag. Seal well, label and freeze. Thaw completely. Continue with step 1.
